There is much to enjoy from admiring the local architecture to attending an open air theatre or a string quartets to be found playing in a local Free House. Sampling the local delicacies at a myriad of food feasts, festivals and village fetes that take place throughout the year is a must. There are farm parks, visitor’s centres and museums. You will find exquisite churches and have your creative flair inspired by dry stone walls, flagstone, tile and well trodden wooden floors, as well as many a kitchen range, wood burning stove and in the winter, roaring open fires.
