Firstly, we would like to assure you that we will look at working within your brief and budgets. We offer our first consultation free? We charge a minimum fee for our first consultation? This means that you can gain an idea of what can be done, at what cost, the stages that are to take place and need go no further unless you choose to do so.

You have made a decision to call or visit one of our showrooms to arrange a first meeting. Your designer will then spend time with you talking through your ideas and possible requirements. A visit to the space that is to be transformed is arranged and your designer, who will hopefully have an idea of your style by now, will share his or her ideas. This is quite a personal experience, which is why we value our customers trust because your designer will need to know quite a bit about you. He or she will ask about you, your family (age of children – living at home or away), your interests, time spent in your home; number of guests that visit and stay overnight, pets and hobbies. This will give them an overall idea of your requirements and will assist them to build a picture of the eventual design.
A second meeting is usually charged at an hourly rate at which time our designer will present a selection of ideas made up of drawings, sketches, sample fabrics, swatches, carpet options, paint samples and the like. If you are not entirely pleased with the design we will go back to the drawing board as many times as it takes?
The role of our designers is to fuel your ideas, even tease out those you never realised you had. They assist with colour schemes, different fabrics for cushions and curtains and ways to improve that comfortable settee that you would rather re-upholster and repair than throw away. Our designers know how to create a look that has balance and harmony or is loud and proud – whatever suits you best. After all it is your living space and we are here to help you achieve the look and feel that suits you and your lifestyle, as well as that of your family and friends.
We are here to work for you and our wish is to help you achieve the interior design that you desire within your budget. If we are unable to do this, we will say so; after all without you - there is no Interior Design.
